Starting to put costing together for 'Petrol'

To day I am going to share with you how I am doing the costing. If any of you have any comments then please leave them on this blog. I will be more than intertested to read them and possible act upon them

This first one is costing out the petrol. I did it in word and copied it to past here. This should be interesting.

Petrol Requirements Miles

Distance Newcastle to Truro 460

Distance Lands End to John O’Groats approx 1000

Distance John O’Groats to Newcastle 396 miles say 400

Total distance approx for petrol 1860

Van does say 25 miles per gall = 75 galls petrol round that up to 80 galls

Petrol at say £5 per gall X 80 galls

Grand total for petrol approx £400 for petrol per vehicle
