Arthritis Care and You Tube

As you all will know, one of the main reasons I am doing this challenge is to raise awareness of the work of Arthritis Care and to help them with their fundraising. You can find out more details about the work that Arthritis Care do if you visit their web site http://www.arthritiscare.org.uk/Home. There you will find many people to give you advice on all aspects of living with arthritis; you can chat to people who have, who know or who are looking after people with arthritis, and find a lot of help in one of the many forums. Then there are campaigns that Arthritis Care run and to which you are actively asked to join. You can catch up with the latest news effecting people, both young and old, with arthritis.

Fact....Did you know that there are well over 8 million people in the UK with one of the 80 or so different types of arthritis, one million of them have got what I have got, Rheumatoid Arthritis.
