Visits to Blog Average 10 per day

5 February 08

Visits to the blog.

You are visiting the blog on an average 10 per day. That is great news. I just hope that one special guy is one of you. You know whom you are!

An update.

The Caravan Club of Great Britian have sent me a map with all of their camps sites on, thank you for that. All I have to do now is match up the camp sites with my route and get the team booked in. If any B&B's can offer a free room then I am sure we can put a very tired head upon its pillows.

Today I told my story to a well know suppermarket. The persona I spoke to was, to say the least amazed at the challenge I have set myself and pleased with the charity I choce to do it for, and has taken away the blurb. As I know the person will read this blog, I hope you are finding it intersting. I hope you will come on board and I can display your logo on my pannel. Other than that I will say no more. I am not the sort of person who puts people on the spot.

I am also in contact with Northuimbria University who have put me on their lists of organiasations, not that i am an organisation, seeking volunnters. I truly believe that this E2E would be good fun and experence for any student, especially the ones working in the caring field.

My plans for the rest of the week are to approach one or two organiastions for help, not suppermarkets. If the one I approached today come on board I shall be very happy with just the one. Work on my power point presentation and design a hand out.

Have any of you been watching 'Extrem Dreams BBC 2'? I have. it is truly remarkable where people get that bit extra something that takes them to their goal when all they want to do is pack in and go home. I am sure there will be times like that for me, but with the support that I am getting from all of the branches of Arthritis Care around GB, i am sure I will be able to drive through any wall that I may hit.

No where is that remote!
