To stage this challenge is going to cost cash, hard cash. Besides me buying a van and the Alber Adventure there are what you night class as hidden costs.
Petrol 2 vans @ 28 mpg = 36 gall x £5 = £179 x 2 = £358

I have already said the board and logging will be free, but i am still asking for donations of dry groceries, food and petrol vouchers. Tescos, Morrison's have both turned me down. I had a long standard letter from them both.
Up stairs i have a box which i am very slowly filling with the bargains that i find in my local Tescos, buy one get one free. If any of you know any group, Church or other organisations that could provided us with any provisions along the route, then please email me and let me have the details. The route is on this blog.
Can i just add a personal note here. Today is the birthday of a very special guy in my life, Ric if you are reading this blog, then happy birthday.
