My friends Ed & Phil from 'Run the Country' have writen a book on food for fitness, and been a person who belives in the importance of a good diet i decied to include the details in my blog. Good luck with it guys.
The dynamic duo Ed & Phil "Extraordinary ordinary runners" have recently published another book, Ed & Phil's Fit Food. As Ed is Edward Chapman of Run the Country we thought we would let someone else tell you about the book.
"I'm Nigel Methley, a cycling tour guide. I often take people on long distance rides and quite often they need help with their general fitness. I loved this book as it is simple to follow and can be used like a nutritional and health toolbox. So now I can use it as back-up when talking about healthy eating or if I need more information on a certain dietary requirement. A great little book from a couple of good blokes."
