Message from Alber Adventure

Glad to see that the manufactors of the Alber Adventure read my blog.

On the last entry about the AA i mentioned the foot bplates and problem with no quick release button, you need an Alan key. Well here is the reply to that statement. I am also excited to read i have a speed and kilometometer. Now all i have to do is find how to work it.

Good morning Graham,

I was surprised to read Mary’s comments on her blog:

About the footrests:

I have since discovered that the footrests do not just lift up and down to adjust like my other wheelchairs do, or even allow you to take them off. Their we photgraphs but they have not comeout, sorry AA. Can you possible send pictures that can be istalled on the blog..Thanks

The footrests can be taken off quite easily:
And also be folded up:

Mary is also asking for a “milometer”: She has got a counter for kilometres included (Parameter 13 has to be activated). Unfortunately, it doesn’t count miles but kilometres.

I dearly hope that these hints will help Mary to cope better with her “AA”.

With kind regards
Sigrid
