A Bad Head Cold

Tuesday 6th November 07

I have had a bad head cold for the past 4 days, so I have been off my computer, except for sending a few emails to Vincent Moran of Arthritis Care <vincentm@arthritiscare.org.uk>. These were to bring him fully up to date with what I have done so far, in arranging, and trying to organise, this challenge. He now knows details of the power chair I hope to use. He knows about all the help that Jack Hawkins has given; people I have approached; three routes I have in mind, one of which will be the chosen route. I will be taking Arthritis Care's advice on which they feal would be the best one in terms of support along the route, best for fundraising ect. I also sent him my first stab at a logo.

Other than that I have just self indulged in self pitty with my head cold and looked at the wonder of an English Autumn in my garden. What beautiful colours.

My pups, Jack and Molly had to contend with fireworks, but we got through it.

Today I am going to try and book taxes for my carers for over Christmas Day.

Speak again soon.
