It is extremely important that the whole team are feed the best money can buy; this is why the Motto I have set myself to describe the planning of the menu for this challenge, "Put good fuel in (Their diet) get good fuel out (There energy to do the job).

The food I am proposing to feed the team will be organic and where possible Fairtrade.
